What this covers
This page describes data collected through oopsiemarbles.com — the marketing website. Data processed inside the platform on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement, not by this page.
What we collect here
Only what you type into a form:
- Your name, work email and company, when you request early access.
- Your name, email, chosen topic and message, when you use the contact form.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not set cookies beyond the session cookie Laravel uses to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
What we do with it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email so a person can reply. We use them to have a conversation with you and for nothing else. We do not sell them, and we will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date below changes with it.
